ぢどりづくし！店屋町「ぢどり屋 大和」2012年12月24日NEW!
テーマ：福岡市博多区／北部会社の忘年会で店屋町の「ぢどり屋 大和」さんへ。
その名の通り、地鶏をおいしくいただけます。
今回は鍋のコース。もちろん飲み放題。
まずは、鶏刺に始まって
定番の地鶏炭火焼。
これ、おいしかったんで追加しました。
んで、さらにうまかった
ひなどりのから揚げ。
香ばしいスパイスがたまらんです。
で、サラダをはさんで、いよいよ鍋。
ふつうの地鶏鍋か、鶏のすき焼きが選べました。
こちらのテーブルはすき焼きを選択。
するとこんなセットが来て、準備。
まずは鶏を軽く焼いて
割り下投入。
野菜を盛って数分・・
完成！
もちろん生卵にくぐらせていただきます。
うまいです。
〆のうどんまでうまい。
くろいさは「大好評」だそうで、
カウンターにずらり。
１升瓶を２本あけました。
おごちそうさまでした。
