今日は博多で飲み会の予定でしたが急遽キャンセル！
であれば…博多で一人飲みをしようとコチラへ突撃！
たまたま前を通りかかり、何も調べずに訪問します！
店内はカウンターの他にロフトもあり変わった造り！
木造で半個室のような席になり、雰囲気は良い感じ！
メニューを眺めて…今回の注文はこんな布陣でした…
◾️お通し 鶏とキュウリのキムチ和え
◾名物️さつまあげ(270円)
◾️手羽ギョーザ(330円)
◾️山芋鉄板焼き(640円)
◾️明太チーズ焼きおにぎり(500円)
◾️生ビール 中(610円)×3
まずは手羽ギョーザから！１本から頼めるのは良き！
身の部分がぷっくりと膨らんでいて、めちゃデカい！
食べてみると…なるほど！分厚めな衣が付いてます！
丁寧に骨が除かれていて、中には餃子の餡たっぷり！
味付けは胡椒でスパイシー！ビールとの相性も良し…
お次は名物とのさつまあげ！これも１個から注文可！
食感はとてもフワッフワ…揚げたてなのでアツアツ！
具材には豆腐、キクラゲ、玉ねぎ、人参の布陣かな？
玉ねぎの甘さが活きてて、大根おろしと生姜が合う…
山芋鉄板は鉄鍋で登場！これもフワっとした感じに！
味付けはソースとマヨネーズで、あっさりしてます！
鰹節、刻み海苔、ネギの効果で和風感が出ているな…
〆には、これまた名物から明太チーズ焼きおにぎり！
おにぎりに明太マヨソースが塗られ、上にはチーズ…
良く焼かれているので、周りがカリッと食感で旨し！
サイズも大きめなのでボリュームもたっぷりでした！
名物の肉じゃがを食べてみようと注文したのですが、
事前に店員さんから、野菜がゴロッと丸々１個らしく
量が多いとのこと…コレは次回に取っておこうかな？
