ANAクラウンプラザホテル福岡の中華、「桃李」さん。
此方の酢豚が美味しいとの情報を入手し、行ってまいりました。
店内はシックな雰囲気。
ランチメニューには、単品メニューはなかったです。
桃李ランチ【平日限定】を注文。（税サ込 2300円）
メインは以下の５品のうち、２品を選択。
＋点心２種、スープ、ご飯、漬物、デザートです。
◇ エビのマヨネーズ炒め
◇ 麻婆豆腐
◇ ホタテと旬野菜の辛子炒め
◇ チンゲンサイの塩味炒め
◇ 酢豚
「酢豚」と「ホタテと旬野菜の辛子炒め」を選択。
■ 玉子スープ
町中華の玉子スープと一線を画する滋味深いお味。（当たり前）
最初にやってきたこのスープの時点で、すでに幸せな気持ちに・・・。
■ 酢豚
お肉がとても柔らかい。ヒレ肉でしょうか?
王道の味付け。気をてらってないのが好印象。美味しい。
■ ホタテと旬野菜の辛子炒め
野菜は、ネギ、しめじ、菜の花。
ホタテがぷりぷり。
辛子は香る程度で、上品なお味。
■ 点心
焼売と水晶餃子。
■ デザート
杏仁豆腐。これは普通でした。（笑）
はい、ペロッと完食です。
お目当ての酢豚も美味しかったのですが、
それ以外の料理もとても美味しくいただきました。
一つ一つの料理が、かなり完成（洗練）されているような印象です。
私は町中華が好きで、よく通っていますが、
たまには、このようなホテル中華もいいなと思いました。
素敵なホテル中華、「桃李」さん、また来ます！
