I visited the Nagasaki Goto/Tsushima Fair by making a reservation for the lunch course that included steamed Shanghai crab. The contents of the course are: - 5 types of cold appetizers made from Goto-Tsushima ingredients - Shanghai crab-flavored soup with red snow crab and chicken - Salty stir-fry of sword tip squid from Goto-Tsushima and Shanghai crab - 2 types of Shanghai crab miso Xiaolongbao- Shanghai crab. Steamed ・Stir-fried Goto beef with XO sauce with warm vegetables ・Goto udon dandan noodles ・Dessert (matcha mousse and sesame dumplings) Although it is a hotel Chinese Restaurants, it is not too formal and has a relatively casual atmosphere. I was really looking forward to visiting Shanghai Crab this time. There was also a course without figure steaming, but I really wanted to enjoy the Shanghai crab, so I went with figure steamed! ! I went there with great enthusiasm, but the steamed Shanghai crab... it looked so light... Huh? Is this what it is? ? In the end, the most delicious dish was the Goto beef stir-fried with XO sauce. Although the meat was a little streaky, the seasoning was good, and the steamed vegetables that came with it were crispy and delicious. The sword tip squid was also good, and if it wasn't for the steamed Shanghai crab, it might have been around 3.7 or 3.8. There seemed to be an order All-you-can-eat buffet as well, so I might have been more satisfied with that... The customer service was polite and very good, but the food was served a little late... Also, the drink menu was a bit limited. After this, I had to run some errands and couldn't drink alcohol, so I wanted to enjoy some Chinese tea for drinks, but there was only one type of tea: oolong tea. The non-alcoholic champagne is also a little too sweet, so while it's good as an aperitif, it doesn't go well with the meal. I would like to see more types of Chinese tea! !
