平日のディナーで訪問。
飲んだ後の〆と言えばラーメン。
福岡の夜は早く、22時頃に博多駅前でラーメン屋を探すも、閉店している店が多い。
当店が開いていたので入ってみた。
【バリこくとんこつ】（950円）
白濁の豚骨スープにマー油を浮かせ、辛味噌を乗せてパンチが効いている。
トッピングは、チャーシュー、木耳、刻み葱とシンプル。
細麺で噛む回数が少ないからか、軽く食べられる。
卓上の紅生姜と白胡麻で味変できる。
