かなり久しぶりに、開店時間にお昼休みが入ったので、良い機会とばかりに訪問しました。
タンタン麺¥850
既に担々麺の定義などは不明で、私の拙い経験の中では、ルースー麺などに近いような気がしますが、細かいことはどうでも良いです。
餡と具材の風味が溶け出したスープ、そして餡の酸味が絡んだ麺は言うことなしに素晴らしく、美味さが全身に染み渡りました。
