豚骨か醤油かチャンポンか #一番鷹 ｛福岡市博多区｝2019年12月20日(金)
ここは、博多駅筑紫口の合同庁舎近く。
ラーメンとチャンポンの幟を見て入店。
１番乗りの店内は、カウンター席と掘りごたつ式のテーブル席。
夜は、お酒を酌み交わす人達であふれるんだろうな。
メニューは、豚骨か醤油かチャンポンか飯。
他に色々無くて、三者択一なのでスッキリとしている。
注文したのは、醤油ラーメン＠６００円（税込）と
おにぎり１個＠８０円（税込）。
テーブルの上には、紅生姜、ゴマ、辛し高菜。
辛し高菜を味見したが、超激辛で取扱注意だ。
やって来た、醤油ラーメンとおにぎり。
おにぎりは、ゆかりが付いて、ボリューム有り。
ラーメンは、チャーシュー、キクラゲ、ワカメ。
チャーシューの上の赤いのは、梅肉のようで
スープに溶かすと、和風なスープが、
より一層和風に変化して美味しい。
麺は、中太で柔らかい食感。
次は、チャンポンを食べてみようかな。
