ドリンク1杯無料クーポンのついたチラシを握りしめ
そして、チラシに載っている
透明で美しいイカのお造りの写真に惹かれて
でも「もつ鍋も食べたいね～」なぁンて言いながら
晩ごはんを求めて駅前へ。
博多の夜は平日だというのに
すごい賑わい。
いろんなお店がありましたが、中でも一番盛り上がっている様子の
居酒屋さんへ入店。
早速イカのお造りを注文。
わぁ～い！すごっ！
透明で美しい。
お箸でつつくと、足が動き出したっ！
「きゃ～生きてるぅぅぅ」「いやぁん動いてるわぁ」と
大騒ぎしながらお刺身をいただく。
う～んおいしい。身はコリッと歯ごたえがあって
甘みがあっておいしい！
これは初めていただきましたが
ホントおいしくて
思い出に残る味となりました。
残ったゲソは「後造り」に。
天ぷらか塩焼きかを選べます。
塩焼きは思っていたより柔らかくて
これまたおいしかったです。
アテにぴったりの鶏皮餃子。
ビールに合いますよ～♪
そして、せっかくなので名物のもつ鍋。
もつが新鮮で、いろんな種類が入っていておいしい。
翌日の仕事のためニンニク抜きにしてもらうと
あっさり味で、鷹の爪がピリッと効いてて
とってもおいしかったです。
もつのコラーゲンで翌朝はぷるぷるお肌になれるのではないかと
期待しながら、博多の夜は更けていくのでした～。
