今となってはとりわけ目立った存在ではないけれども、創業が1960年代という高度経済成長の時代を支えた焼鳥店の一つです。戦国焼鳥系には家康、信長、信秀など4つ以上のグループが存在します。今となってはうちが本店だとか創業店だとかの争いは無いようにお見受けします。 酢ダレキャベツは家康が、はじめたものとされています(信秀もウチが始めたと言っているがw)
東京と同じで店員さんがほぼ外国の方です。特に私には問題ではございません。 暇な時間帯に行ったので間違いなどもなく穏便に進みました。
ここでは書きませんがエ〜と思う焼き手の衛生的な所作を
見てしまいましたが、監督者の責任だとおもいます。
平貝の貝柱焼きは香ばしくて美味しいですね、九州ではその昔有明海の特産でした。 串の差し方は美しさに欠けます。
高度な接客や味を求める方は高級店をお勧めします。
『戦国焼鳥』という武将の名前の入ってないお店は今だに佐賀市などにも点在します。かつて客の数だけ太鼓を叩くパフォーマンスで有名でした
