アミュプラザ博多の「くうてん」にある店舗に初めて行きました。
店内はすごくキレイで壁側に向かってカウンター席があるので周囲を気にせず良い雰囲気です。
店員さんも女性ばかりで、ラーメン屋さん独特の活気や掛け声みたいなのがなくて明るく笑顔な接客で居心地も良いです。
赤丸新味(890円)
最初スープを飲んだときは少し薄く感じたんですが、香味油と辛みそを溶かすとコクと深みが出て最終的には濃くなっていました。
個人的には辛いものが苦手なので白丸元味の方が好みなんですが、辛いものが好きな人や「一蘭」のラーメンが好きな人はこちらが良いかと思います。
無料で食べられるもやしナムルはシャキシャキでとても美味しく、冷やしてあるのも熱々のラーメンの箸休めになり嬉しいサービスです。
特に平日だと他の一風堂より落ち着いて食べられるのでおすすめです。
