「水たきのお召し上がりかたはご存知ですか？」
とお店の人から聞かれて、見栄っ張りの関東人である私は、「大丈夫です」と答えます。
鍋料理に食べ方なんてあるのか？と思い、直接鍋からお椀に入れて食すと、「味薄っ！」というのが、第一印象…でも、これはこれで、鶏と野菜の出汁だけの優しい味、と受けとめれば納得。
でも、さすがに「七味唐辛子が欲しいな〜」と思い、目の前の小鉢を開けると、塩！？
なるほど〜鶏の出汁と塩だけで食すのが水たきなのね、と思った私………
味付けの濃い関東人には馴染みがない薄味ですが、「醤油も甘い土地柄だからなー」と一人納得していたところ、鶏肉に合う柚子胡椒がありましたね！
うん、うん、柚子胡椒と鶏、塩に野菜、これが水たきなんですかね？
関東にはない、優しい美味しい味わいを頂きました。ご馳走様でした。
お店は、博多駅周辺でも複数店舗がある人気店みたいで、上品で落ち着きのあるランチタイムでした。
