There is a popular thick oil emulsion Ramen nearby, but this ramen feels like authentic Hakata Ramen. The ingredients are simple and the noodles are thin. The staff are not Japanese, but they were very polite and seemed to be more civilized than the Japanese staff at the nearby greasy Ramen. I think it's much better to eat here quickly than to wait in line for an hour and drink unhealthy greasy soup... It's embarrassing, or rather, a shame, that tourists are misled by information on the Internet.
