After arriving in Hakata and finishing a work-related drinking party, I went back to the hotel, but I couldn't fall asleep without eating some Ramen. So, even though it was already past 11pm, I wandered around Hakata at night again in search of Ramen. Oh, I had Ramen in Kumamoto for lunch too... I headed to a certain super popular restaurant, but even at this time there was a line of about 20 people. I thought it would be tough to wait, so I gave up, but then I found this restaurant nearby. I decided to just eat some Ramen and go home, so I went in. A group was drinking at the table, but I ordered a simple Ramen at the counter. Ramen that arrived shortly after looked quite delicious with lots of ingredients. I took a sip of the soup. Oh, this has a mellow and soft taste. It's quite delicious. It's rich, but not too strong, so it's easy to eat. The soup soaks in after drinking. The firm noodles were easy to eat. The pork slices were also large, so I was satisfied. The thought of ordering a second bowl of ramen crosses my mind, but it's already almost midnight and I have work tomorrow morning, so I toughen up and call it a day. I popped in on the spur of the moment, and as expected, it's authentic tonkotsu Ramen. It was quite delicious. Anyway, I have to go back to the hotel and get some sleep...
