福岡の肉うどん専門店って肉肉うどんや元祖肉肉うどんにこちらの肉ちゃんうどんなど博多名物と謳う店が多いけどこの生姜がモリっと乗った黒いおつゆは北九州発祥じゃないの！？
よく理解してないけどこちらのお店は初訪問。
平日の昼過ぎでしたがほぼ満席で一番奥のカウンター席が1席だけ空いてた(^^;
インバウンドの中国語が飛び交う中、デフォの肉うどんを食べようと思ってたけど初夏の陽気だったし期間限定冷やしぶっかけ肉うどんが目に留まって即採用！
提供時間は10分ほどで遅れて昆布の煮物と白菜のオイル漬け？の付け合わせが出てきましたがうどんを頼めばもれなくこのボリュームで提供されるみたい(^^)
ぶっかけうどんは甘辛く煮こまれた牛肉に干しエビの素揚げ、葱、鰹節、刻み海苔が回りを囲み真ん中に大根おろしと擂りおろし生姜がたっぷり乗ってます！
徳利に入ったおつゆをぶっかけていただきますがこのうどんは思ったよりコシがあって博多のテロやわうどんとは異質のもの。
でも冷水で程よく〆られててこれはこれで美味しいんじゃない！
食欲のある人は肉めしやかしわおにぎりを付けても良さそう。
トッピングもごぼう天やちくわ天、桜エビ天にブロンズな貴方には唐揚げもチキン南蛮もあります(~_~;)
食後には飴玉のサービスもあり！
うん、ボリュームもあってお腹いっぱい！
