I visited you late at night while sightseeing in Hakata. When I called the restaurant just before closing time, they responded flexibly to the situation, and a very nice guy served customers and cooked all by himself. I came here because it was close to the station and the location was good, and all the food was very fresh! high level! ! Beautifully arranged! ! ! I went there wanting to try the white miso Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), but before that, I was surprised to find that the three types of sashimi, heart sashimi, senmai sashimi, and sagari sashimi, were fresh, crunchy, and crunchy. Although the price is reasonable, the portions are large, and even though I was working in the kitchen by myself, the alcohol was served quickly, and there was a lot of local sake! ! ! We also have avocado and heart with wasabi dressing, and assorted grilled heart, tongue, and sagari! ! ! Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) had a lot of vegetables in it, had a light and bland taste, and I was able to adjust it with the seasonings to make it very delicious! ! ! Personally, I really liked the fact that it had a lot of burdock in it! ! ! I was thinking of ordering Champon noodles to finish the meal, but there were so many other things on the menu that I was attracted to, so I ate a lot of things and was too full to finish the meal.However, I chose this restaurant and I am very happy with Hakata.
