[KITTE(4)]水炊き屋の担々麺
確か「福岡人志」で取り上げられていたお店のKITTE店です。
水炊き屋さんが出していた水炊きの出汁を使った担々麺が好評で
専門店出しちゃった。のお店です
■ 鶏の唐揚げ
セットメニューについていきます。
水炊きのお店でちょっとハードルが上がってしまったせいか
普通の唐揚げと感じてしまいました。
■ 担々麺
太麺のちぢれ麺なのが良いですね。
これだけでも結構食べたい感じです。
で、思った以上に辛くなく
辛党の方にはちょっと物足りないかもしれないです。（自分はちょうどよい）
■ 総評
いつも行列になってるお店ですね。
ちなみに福岡ぽく替え玉があるのが面白かったです

■総評
博多KITTEの地下で平日の夜に「さしす」さんに行こうと思ったのですが
めっちゃ行列だったのでこっちに来ました。
なんと６年ぶりです。
博多KITTEは色々お店が変わりやすいですが
ずっとありますね。
で、以前は担々麺にしましたが
今回は鶏そばにしました。
あと、関係ないですが「とりでん」と読むのが正解なんですね。
多分大多数が「とりた」って読んでるかと
■ごま鶏そば(980円)
１０００円より９９９円が当然安く感じるのでちょっと安くする手法は昔からある感じですが
最近は食べログとかで価格検索するので、そのあたりの都合もあるのかなぁって思ったりしましたが、
久しぶりに食べるここの麺は縮れていてやっぱり美味しいですね。
個人的にはこちらの方が好きです。
ごりごり水炊きラーメンも食べてみたいんですねぇ
※絶好鳥のラーメンがまさにそれなので
ごちそうさまでした
