Window seats are popular at this Korean Cuisine!
I participated in a gourmet gacha event at KITTE Hakata, and one of the things I was looking forward to was seeing which restaurant I'd win... The second time, I won 5 times the amount. The other day I went for lunch, but this time I went for dinner, and invited an acquaintance (´∀｀) There were two of us, but we sat at a large table. It was behind the window counter for single diners, but it was a step higher so the view was great. First, we had draft beer. There was Hangul written in a mug. We took a variety of dishes to share. Kimchi (the taste was different from the all-you-can-eat lunch menu) Samgyeopsal Cut into bite-sized pieces and put on the hot plate. Well seasoned cheese chijimi. It was thick for chijimi, but had a soft texture. The restaurant is so popular with women that the interior is women-only.

Lunch is a great deal with all-you-can-eat buns
Lunch on this day was left to luck. I participated in a gourmet gacha event at KITTE Hakata, and it was one of the fun parts to see which restaurant I would win... The second time, I won 5 times the amount. The restaurant specializes in Korean Cuisine, and is popular for its all-you-can-eat side dishes at lunchtime, and even though it was a weekday, there was a line of three people. The counter seats by the window, which are reserved for one person, were full, so I was guided to a table seat for two people by the window. The seasonal "Oyster Sundubu" was served. You could choose between white rice or stone-pot rice, so I chose the latter. After placing your order, the side dishes were placed on the designated table for you to pick up yourself. Salad. Bean sprout narum, kimchi, chijimi. I ate slowly, and Oyster sundubu and stone-pot rice arrived almost at the same time. Both were piping hot. Oyster sundubu contained three large Oyster. When I said it was my first time trying stone-pot rice, the waiter poured corn tea into the stone oven, creating a loud noise and smoke. When you finish eating your meal, you can scrape the rice that has stuck to the stone oven with a spoon and eat it. It's delicious.

新感覚コリアンフード、こりぁいい！！
ＫＩＴＴＥ博多ビルのレストランフロアーにあります。
訪問日は冷たい雨が降っていたので、温まりたくスンドゥブを求めて訪問。
店名のビビムは混ぜるということらしく、関西初の韓国料理店で、関西地方で5店舗展開し、台湾にも進出。
店内はミッドセンチュリー風なテーブル席・・を抜けると、全面ガラス張りを前にカウンター席。お１人さまだったので、その特等席へ案内されました。
入店すると「アニョアセヨ」とのかけ声。退店時はもちろん・・
ランチメニューは、チゲ豆腐の土鍋煮込み「スンドゥブ」と、ご飯の上にもやし・ゼンマイ・肉などを乗せたビビンバやスンドゥブは10種類以上あり、迷います。
今回は海鮮を選び、辛さも聞いてくれました。ビールも一緒注文。
オーダーが終わると、
ランチタイムの日替わりおかず３種類、サラダ食べ放題なので、所定の場所に取りにいきます。
キムチ、チヂミ、ナムルが登場していたので、前菜としてメインが来る間に、ビールのアテで頂きました。
メインのスンドゥブはグツグツ・・と音を立てながら登場、別皿に生卵がついてきたので、自分で割って鍋に投入。味付けは本場仕込み。コチュジャンやテンジャンは自家製を使用しているそう。
ランチタイムには、１人前づつ炊く、石釜炊きご飯もサービスでついてきます。
店員さんがよそってくれます。甘味が膨らみ、モッチリとした食感に。
石釜に、こびり残った飯粒は、おこげ部分として、コーン茶をかけて「おこげ粥」として、２度美味しい～～。
ランチでこの内容なら満足度高し！！です。

I won this restaurant in the gourmet gacha at KITTE. This is my third visit with one gacha. The restaurant is on the 10th floor of KITTE Hakata, one minute from Hakata Station, which is a national chain. It has an open and stylish atmosphere, so it is always crowded with women. The window seat is a view point where you can look down on the station. The all-you-can-eat pancha (side dishes) lunch is also a secret to its popularity. This time it was bibimbap. Before it was served, we had all-you-can-eat side dishes. That said, it was kimchi, bean sprout narum, salad, and chijimi. The wakame soup and bibimbap came out of the hot stone pot with a sound. There were two types of sauce, sweet and spicy. I added the spicy one and mixed it. It was just the right amount of spicy and delicious. After the meal, I showed my Espo card and got a yuzu sorbet. It left a refreshing aftertaste.
