店内は非常に綺麗
さながら高級店の佇まい
注文は水炊きセット(3080円)
小鉢のもずく、水炊き、締めのおじやorめんのセット
水炊きは店員さんが作ってくれて異なる部位を順番に提供してくれる
骨付き肉、胸肉、ミンチ、もも肉、レバー、野菜と続く
次の部位が足されるたびにスープの味が変わる
最後に出来上がったスープは鶏の全身から滲み出た真の鶏スープ
非常に旨い
軟骨の含まれたコリコリ食感のミンチ、鶏の出汁を吸った野菜は特に美味しかった
締めのめんとおじやは両方食べたがどちらも甲乙つけがたい
追加で唐揚げも食べたがこちらは細かく切ってはあるが、ジューシー感が保たれている
お手本のような唐揚げだった
