Chinese ginger grilled pork and sesame dumplings
I decided to stop by for the first time in a while because the freshly fried sesame dumplings were delicious. The daily set meal on this day is ``Pork Grilled with Ginger''. What does Chinese ginger grilled taste like? It looks like a regular pork grilled with ginger. When you eat it, it has a slightly mellow Chinese taste. It's kind of interesting because the atmosphere is a little different. The texture of the onions is somehow different, maybe it's a characteristic of woks? The set meal comes with almond tofu. Fried sesame dumplings. This is Achi. But I want to eat it freshly fried. Crispy on the outside, with a nice sesame aroma, and chewy on the inside. These sesame dumplings have a soft taste.
中華屋の日替わりランチカレーとパリパリ唐揚げ
こちらも結構人の出入りが多い人気店。
お店の中を覗いた12時少し前。
お店が思ったよりも広く、席数も多いから、すぐに座れました。
日替わりランチは650円、定食は680円、麺メニューは700円辺りから。
辛そうだなと察知した私はカレーに。
同行者は麻婆豆腐などに。
カレー。
中華スープで溶いたカレー。
少しスパイシーだけどあまり辛くなく美味しく食べられます。
表面がぱりっと、中はふっくらの唐揚げもいいですよ。
ちょっとサイズがでかいですが。
麻婆豆腐は店員さんが「辛くないよ」と言ってましたが、結構山椒がピリリどころではなかったそうで。
まあそれに慣れている方だから、そのへんは仕方ないかな。
日替わりにはついていませんが、通常の定食には杏仁豆腐も付きます。

A set of chicken chashu noodles and fried rice! The fried rice that comes with the set is always beautiful. It's also fun to eat because it's finished in a flaky texture. I'm really grateful to the professionals who can make something like this so quickly. Chicken chashu noodles, sliced into rings. It's meaty and quite filling. It goes well with refreshing soups. Only one piece is a piece. It also has a skin on it, which adds to its sweetness and chewy texture, making it even more delicious. I got it today. I hope I get this char siu dish next time too.
