博多レターレから地下街を通って筑紫口に移動し、地上に出て筑紫口側出て道路を渡った側にある、ギャラリー博多6階にある福岡の台所しろ屋に伺いました。
少し前に新築で建って、1階に肉寿司が入っているビルです。
予約して下さった麺友さん曰く、完全個室、土日は飲み放題30分200円だそうで、何ともコスパの良いお店ですねえ。
エレベーターから出たら、まるで屋台みたいな販売所？があり、ラムネやスイカなんかを売ってます。
なんか季節感があっていいですね(*^-^*)
それから個室へご案内。
もちろん掘りごたつ式です。
席についてメニューを見ると、博多名物は一通り揃っている居酒屋さん、って感じですね。
とりあえず飲み物を注文し、乾杯してからお通しのがめ煮を頂きます。
薄味のがめ煮がなかなか良い感じです(*^-^*)
それからまとめて色々と注文。
海鮮サラダ
刺身が新鮮でドレッシングも美味しかったです
焼鳥盛り合わせ5種
焼鳥はまあ普通に美味しいですね
冷やし餃子
これはアイデアとしては良かったし、冷やしたあご出汁につけてある餃子も冷やしても美味しく出来ていてよかったんですが、あご出汁自体の塩気がやや強くて、もう少し塩気控えめなら良かったかな。
鶏のから揚げ水炊き風
こちらはポン酢が付いてきて、ポン酢につけて食べるスタイル、ということだったんですが、唐揚げ自体にかなりしっかり味が付いているので、ポン酢につけなくても美味いいうか、むしろポン酢につけて食べると塩分強めになってしまうというか。
アイデアは良いと思うので、唐揚げの味付けを控えめにした方がいいかも。
エビマヨ
サクサクの衣でなかなか美味しかったです(*^-^*)
味噌煮込み串盛り合わせ5種
個人的にはこれが一番ヒットしました。
スジなんかは少し固かったけど、味噌煮込みの塩梅がとてもよく、えらく美味いです。
次に来たらまた絶対頼みます。
明太だし巻き
こちらは明太自体がちょっと辛いタイプで、美味しいんですけど、個人的な好みとしてはもう少し辛味控えめな方がよかったかな。
ほるもん焼うどん
ホルモン自体がプリップリで、そこに冷凍うどんの焼うどん。
とても美味しかったんですが、気持ち味噌ベースかな、タレが多いというか、味付けが濃かったですね。
餃子
こちらはカリっとジューシューでとても美味しかったです(*^-^*)
全体的には美味しいんですが、やや味付けが濃いめで出てきます。
お客さんの層も若い方が多かったみたいだし、飲み放題狙いで飲む方が多いからですかね。
まあ好みの問題でもありますし、味は良かったです(*^-^*)
合間に麺友さんの遅ればせながらのケーキでお誕生日お祝いとプレゼントをお渡ししました。
これもお店の方がケーキを飾り付けして、歌い終わった後はケーキをきれいにカットして持ってきてくれたりと、これだけでなく全体的に若いスタッフさんが多いにも関わらず、接客が良かったですね(*^-^*)
で、甘い物を食べてスイッチが入ってしまい、お店のメニューから八女抹茶のモンブランと博多あまおうのパウンドケーキを注文。
モンブランはかなり甘みが強く、パウンドケーキは甘みは気持ち控えめですがしっかりイチゴの風味があり、どちらも美味しく頂きました(*^-^*)
飲み放題が安いからか、それなりに食べたんですけど１人頭3000円以下というコスパの良さも素晴らしい。
個室だからゆっくり話せましたし、接客も含めて全体的にはとても良かったです。
何かの際には利用させて頂くと思います。
