旅行で福岡に行ったので、1週間前に予約していきました。
もつ鍋のベースは味噌、醤油、和だし、田しゅう鍋の4種類から選べます。
一番人気の味噌を選びました。
もつは下茹でした状態で出してくださるので、提供されてから5-6分でできあがります。
もつも柔らかく、王道のもつ鍋という味でした。
アラカルトメニューにごま鯖があり、福岡で食べたかったので、もつ鍋とごま鯖の両方が食べられて満足です。
