福岡三大うどんチェーン。ウエスト、牧の、資さん。資さんはいよいよ関西にも進出するなど目を見張る動きを見せている。ここにもう一つ入り込むのはこちらの因幡うどん。他店と比べて断然の古い歴史を誇っており、数年前に一風堂の親会社が業務を引き継いでからは少しずつではあるが店舗も増やしている。特徴的なまん丸の成形されたゴボ天はスメに浸すととろっと溶け出し、スメを吸いきった衣は麺と絡めて旨いです。スメ-メン-グ。総合的にみるとあたしにとってはこちらのお店がチェーン店の中ではNo1かな。福岡の玄関口である博多駅、福岡空港を抑えており、他県からの知名度は上がってるのかな？
