思い描いたことを正確に撮影するのではなく、現場で生じる人間関係のダイナミクスを撮るということ、それこそ僕が興味のあることなんだ。映画監督・アルフォンソ・キュアロンの言葉。映画『ROMA ローマ』は美しいモノクロ映像の中に当時のメキシコの社会状況や痛烈な差別意識を浮かび上がらせる。
さて、本日は『あか牛Dining yoka-yoka KITTE博多店』(福岡市博多区博多駅中央街9-1)さんへ足を運ぶ。
今日はちょっと時間があったので、「KITTE博多」の10階のレストラン街まで足を伸ばしてみる。新しめのところから、ステーキ店「yoka-yoka」さんを選ぶ。
・あか牛高菜丼(980円)
看板メニューは当然ながらステーキであるが、かなり高めなので、リーズナブルな「あか牛高菜丼」を所望する。
牛肉のそぼろだけでなく、ローストビーフも4切れほど乗せられているのが嬉しい。これぐらいでちょうどいい。しっかりとしたお肉の旨味を堪能できる。高菜さんは炒めてあるのだろうか、これだけでも美味しいが、半熟たまごやそぼろが合わさって相乗効果抜群。美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
往く道は精進にして、忍びて終わり、悔いなし。
