今日はこちらへ
熊本名物あか牛の専門店です。
近くに来たので入ってみました。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席があります。座席数はまずまずありましたね。
お客様はお一人様から複数人様まで来ていました。場所柄いろんな方が来ていましたね。
店内で販売もしているみたいで、商ケースの中にたくさんお肉がありました。美味しそうー
注文したのは
『上あか牛丼』
1番人気は普通のあか牛丼だったんですけど、極上ロース使用って言う文字が…
と言う事で、選んでみました。
スープがセットで付いてきます。
お味の方は、
うん！お肉柔らかーい！
しっかり霜降りなんですけど、余分な脂分控えめで、サラッといけちゃいますね。程よい焼き加減なので、お肉自体の旨味もギュッと詰まっています。
付け合わせの卵とワサビ、大葉で味のバリエーションも楽しめます。
美味しく頂きました。
