先日の福岡出張最後のランチをアップしておきます＾＾；
最後のお昼はJR博多駅のくうてんで水炊きをチョイス。
新三浦で福岡の水炊きのおいしさに目覚めましたが、こちらではどんな水炊きがいただけるでしょうか。
せっかくなのでいろいろついてるくうてん御膳（２１７８円）を注文。
ご飯は大中小と聞いてくれますが、さらにおかわりも１杯は無料でいただけるとのこと。
まずは水炊きのスープからいただきましたが、う～ん違う…
新三浦の濃厚な旨味たっぷりのスープと違って、さらさらで濃厚さがありませんね。
セットは小鉢、唐揚げ、水炊き小鍋（上）、季節の一品、ご飯、香物、デザートとありますが、一番良かったのは醤油の味付けが良かったモモ肉の唐揚げかな…
水炊きは旨味が足りないし、鶏肉はモモとムネとありましたが、モモ肉はまだ食べられますがムネ肉のパサつきはダメ、トロトロに煮こまさったモモ肉がホロホロと崩れる感じを楽しみたいですよね。
具材はキャベツ・ニラ・水菜・ニンジン・シラタキ・モモ肉・ムネ肉・ミンチ・豆腐と入っていますが、ミンチの刻んだ軟骨やショウガの香りはまあ良かったのですが。
季節のものとモモ唐揚げはまずまずでしたが、水炊きを食べに来てるのであって唐揚げで満足とはなりません。
福岡では何店舗かで水炊きを食べましたが、個人的には新三浦が完璧、それからかろうじて長野が合格点といったところで、その他のお店の水炊きはぜんぜんという感じ。
また福岡で新三浦の水炊きが食べたいわ～
