先日の福岡帰省中
久しぶりに水炊きが食べたくなり
せっかくなので、博多らしい食べ物を（笑）
福岡市内に3店舗ありますが
今回は、アクセスしやすい博多駅構内の『くうてん』というレストラン街に位置するこちらのお店に、ランチタイムにふらりとお邪魔しました♪

まずは、湯呑みに入った鶏のお出汁をいただきます♪
ん〜♡これこれ！美味しい

この日は、もずく酢でした☆
・唐揚げ
もも肉とむね肉☆ジューシーでとっても美味しかったです
・水炊き小鍋（上）
鶏のもも肉やむね肉・骨付きなどいろんな部位が入っていて、鶏ミンチも入っていました♪
水炊きといえば、この鶏ミンチがとっても美味しいんです♡
お野菜もたっぷり！
具材には、優しいお出汁の効いたポン酢を付けながらいただきます♪うまっ♡

この日は、ぶり大根☆優しいお出汁が、しっかりしみた大根とブリ！美味しい

特に案内はありませんでしたが、スタッフの方にたずねると、お鍋の具材を全部食べたあとに、雑炊にすることも可能とのことで、お願いしました♪
◉〆の雑炊 たまご代＋110円
一度、お鍋を下げて残ったお出汁で雑炊を作って持ってきてくれました♪
お出汁の優しいお味に、お塩を少し加えて味を調整し、最後まで美味しくいただきました☆
スタッフの方は優しく親切な対応でgood☆
こちらの博多駅の『くうてん』は、名古屋でいうタカシマヤレストラン街のような場所なので、観光客も多く、海外の方もたくさんいらっしゃってました！
他にも『博多鉄鍋餃子』などのお店も並び、ここに来れば博多グルメが気軽に楽しめますね♪
博多といえばラーメンやモツ鍋などが人気ですが、水炊きも、とっても美味しいので、行かれた際はぜひ☆
