博多と言えば水炊き食べたーい！！と言うことで来店しました。コースで前菜、馬刺し、唐揚げ、メインに水炊き、雑炊、デザートの内容でした。水炊きはスープから頂き、鶏肉、つくね、豚のしゃぶしゃぶにお野菜で満腹でした。ポン酢ではなく自家製の酢醤油でこれが旨くて、あっさりと頂けました。今回も大変美味しゅうございました。
