◇外観と内観
此方は福岡市博多区は川端通商店街にあります寿司屋さん。
近くには大型商業施設がありつつも、未だ昔の商店街の名残もあり、当地らしいところ。
構えは紺色の内暖簾。
店内は狭いながらも綺麗しつつ、内装は過度にならない範囲で綺麗に改装されてます。
店内禁煙。

◆ストロングポイント
コースがバランスの取れた構成。
ベースはつまみが3品に、握りが8貫、玉と味噌汁。
昼のおまかせとすれば量も十分。
そして米は島根県産、つまみも島根の鯵、酒も…といった感じで島根が多く盛り込まれ、酒は島根の酒屋さんからだそう。
握りはブレンドだと思いますが赤で輪郭が仄かに残る私好み。

普通より良い。
勿論、時々あるツンとしたハズレ店では無いので、ご安心を。笑
◆まとめ
特徴的なガリだなと思いましたが、そこは別のレビュアーさんの中で説明されていますので割愛。笑
それにしても久しぶりシャリが美味しい店に出会いました。
人の好みによると思いますが、私は好きでしたね〜。
ただ、日本酒のラインナップは数多く無いところが…かな。
ちなみに、いつもの半号対応はお願いしてません。
久しぶりに食べながら再訪しようと思える寿司屋だったな。
