ここの寿司はネタの鮮度が抜群で、口に入れると新鮮な海の香りが広がる。
特に握り方が絶妙で、一つひとつが職人の技術を感じさせる。店内は上品な雰囲気で、カウンター越しに職人の手さばきを見ながら食事できるのがいい感じ。
スタッフも気配りがあり、料理の説明もわかりやすくしてくれる。
ただし、予約は必須やし、少し待つこともあるけど、その価値は充分にある。価格は少々高いけど、それに見合う美味しさやサービスが楽しめる。
