日曜日の夜、3回目の訪問です。カウンターだけのお店ですが貸し切りに。なんだか申し訳ないですが、堪能しました。
全て美味しい。お寿司は食べるのに夢中で写真撮りませんでしたが、つまみで出た料理にかかってたカラスミが本当に好みでした。全て自家製です。
前回の訪問からシャリが変わってました。美味しい米に合わせたいということで、確かしんのすけに。昔ながらの精米方法で熱が加わらずうま味が変わらないようです。好みで言えば、前のシャリの方が好きだったけど、こちらの方が好きな人が多いのかもしれません。
