自部署の女子チームのもつ鍋の忘年会にお呼ばれし参戦～(^^)
おおやまさんは都ホテルの2階にも出来てたのね～！
今回は飲み放題付き5,000円のコースです♪
店員さんからもつ鍋の説明がありみそ・しょう油・水炊き風が選べるとのこと。
6人でしたので3人前ずつ違う味も楽しめるとのことでみそとしょう油の2種類でお願い(￣―￣)
香エールで乾杯しお通し的な枝豆をつまみながら釜揚げしらすと海藻の水菜サラダを取り分けてもらいいただきます♪
釜揚げしらすはクセもなくふわっと柔らかくてめちゃ美味い！！
めちゃ新鮮なんだと思います(^^)
続いて柔らか牛酢もつでしたがこれまた薄くスライスされたもつがすこぶる柔らかさで控えめな酸味に抑えられててお酒がススム！
喜多屋を冷でお願いしまーす(^^ゞ
白菜キムチを挟みもつ鍋の登場～！
みそも醤油も味わったけどおおいしらしい上品な味付けでキャベツも甘くもつも美味い！
壱岐ゴールドロックをおかわりしまくりです(￣▽￣)
お腹も膨れてきたしちゃんぽん麺で〆ましょう♪
