【味】
中間まではふわっとしたクリーム感で下はパンの耳を使われてるのでコシのようなしっかりとした食感が特徴的でした。
味はミルク感が強くチーズのようなクリームに、コーヒー感のほんのりするパウダーで全体的に甘めとなってます。
パンの耳部分はコーヒーのリキュールにシナモンのような香りがして後味までしっかり美味しいです。
甘みもしかっりとありますが、リキュールの後味がよくコーヒーにピッタリの一品でした。

デザートも特段美味しかったですが、コーヒーもそれに負けないくらい美味しいです。
氷で薄まっても最後までしっかりとコーヒーの香り、苦味を美味しくいただけます。
酸味は少なめで個人的にかなり好きです。
