東京や大阪で展開されている立ち飲み×天ぷらのお店『喜久や』が昨年福岡にオープン。
今回もGOTOイート終わりそうな頃具合、食べログトップページからせんべろセットで予約。月一の博多駅方面で通い事の帰りにサックリとお一人様で訪問。
お店は昨年9月オープンしたTHEBLOSSOMHAKATAPremierホテル内の飲食店フロアーの一角。
店内は和モダンでスタイリッシュ。お好きな席へいわれ窓際へ。
カフェ風の高い椅子があったので利用させて頂きました。
オーダーはすでに通っているので、後は好きなドリンクを2杯決めるだけ、
まずは生ビール。これは小サイズと決まってました。
2杯目は、メニューから本日のおすすめの日本酒。八鹿の吟醸（桃）、ワイングラスに入れてくれるので香りがさらに華やぎました。
すっきりと軽やかなのみ口。
小鉢が2皿。きゅうりと、肉（無）じゃが。
煮物も味付けが家庭的で良いですね。
メインの天ぷらは大根、イカ、ささみ。
大根は輪切りですが食べやすいようにカット、とろろ昆布がトッピング。
天ぷらが想像以上にカラッり。
揚げ鍋装置「Dr。Fｒｙ」でサクっと油分２０％カットらしい、これはカラダにも優しいですね。
お一人様でサッくりと探訪するは良いお店です。
