夜は居酒屋もやってる、うどん屋さんです。
めっちゃ美味いです。
ザ・博多うどん！細麺の柔らかい麺！甘めの出汁！
博多うどんです。
本日は梅とろろ昆布うどんを頂きました。
とにかく出汁が美味しいです。そこに追い出汁的なとろろ昆布で、旨みが更にアップ！
柔らかい麺は、この出汁とよく絡み、更にとろろ昆布で絡みもマシマシで、口の中に広がる旨みは最高です。
そして、梅が味をしめてくれて、いい仕事をしてくれます。
こういううどんを頂くと、やっぱりうどんは柔らかい麺じゃないかと思う今日この頃です。
