博多駅博多口から徒歩７分程、駅前通りを歩き南側の裏道に入ったところにあるうどん屋居酒屋さん、うどん酒場 福福さんに行ってきました。博多で会議があるためランチ利用です。目的のお店を決めずにフラフラ歩いていたところ偶然うどんののぼりを見つけました。注文はもちろんごぼう天うどん。駅近の福岡市内ですが、お値段は５５０円と破格です。スープは濃いめのお出汁で動物系の出汁が強めでしょうか。若干関西よりな気がします。麺は平打の麺でほんのりモッチリ感があります。ごぼう天は食感が感じられる程度の厚みで平たく切られています。揚げたてでないのは少し残念ですが、美味でした。満足な一杯です。
