を注文。

牛肉・豚肉・豚バラ肉・鶏もも肉・鶏むね
肉の他に飲茶が付くという内容。
しかも平日は 16時まで時間制限なしで
楽しめます♪
２種 選べるしゃぶしゃぶスープは「チゲ」
や「豆乳」など７種類もあって迷ったけど
「すきやき」「ＭＫオリジナル」スープで
お願いしました。
まずは豚バラをしゃぶしゃぶしてポン酢で
パクリ。
うん、美味しい♪
ずいぶん昔、グルメ漫画「美味しんぼ」で
シャブシャブは肉の旨みを湯の中に捨てる
ひどい料理法だと言っていました。
おっしゃる意味はわかります。
僕も蟹は茹でると旨みが流れ出してしまう
ように思えるので焼くか蒸すかで食べたい。
でも味わってみれば誰でも分かる。
シャブシャブは肉の味を一番そのまま
で味わえる料理法だと思っています。
しかも「美味しんぼ」ではポン酢では肉の
臭みは消せないと言っていたと思います。
旨みも味も抜け出てしまった肉に臭みだけが
シッカリ残ってるなんて矛盾していませんか？
そもそもシャブシャブは、肉から抜けた脂に
野菜を絡めて食べられる事が一番 素晴らしい
ところ♪
肉の脂は野菜を美味しく味わう最高の調味料の
ひとつだとも思います♪
「美味しんぼ」の話は ここまでにして、
セルフの野菜コーナーに椎茸と春菊が
なかった事は少し残念。
でも飲茶は 10種以上あるし、バイキング
コーナーの料理は唐揚げ・具だくさんの
グリーンカレーなど、食べきれないのが
残念に思えるくらいの品数。 σ(^_^;)
ソフトドリンクも飲み放題なので、タピオカ
ミルクティーを作って２杯いただきました♪
全盛期の７割くらいしか食べられなくなった
僕でも充分に満足できる内容でした♪
