この日も行きたいお店はランチ休み(土曜日）。
こんな時は、食べログ×保存リスト×現在地でこちらがHIT。
土日営業有難い。
入店するとオシャレな雰囲気。
テーブル席中心にカウンター席。
ほぼ満席でしたが丁度1席空いてたのでそのまま案内。
テーブルにはメニューが広げで置いてます。
ランチメニューから
肉蕎麦と炙り鯖寿司付き（1440円）を注文。
ただ・・肉蕎麦ではなく普通のザルが食べたい気分だ、
食べログ読むと平日は何かそんなのあるみたい。
土日だからかな・・。
お料理はまとめて1つの盆に。
鯖寿司は予想以上に肉厚で美味しい～～。
丼ぶりに蕎麦、肉しぐれ煮トッピング。付属の出汁をかけて入れます。
出汁は少しピリ辛です。
お肉の味付けもしっかり美味しいので結果オーライでしたが
やはり蕎麦はオーソドックスにザル、汁で蕎麦風味を楽しみたかったかな。
鯖寿司は肉厚で美味しかった。
