初の家系ラーメン！
一口目のスープに感動しました。
こってりかと思いきや上品な脂で深みもありました。
チャーシューは燻製されているのか香りも良かったです。
脂ものっていたのでご飯と食べたくなりました。
お店の至る所に「スープしょっぱいです」と書いてありましたが、一口目はそうでもなかったですが、後半になるにつれてたしかに少ししょっぱく感じてきました！
ライスを頼むか、スープの味の調整もしてくれるようなので次は少し薄めで食べてみたいです。
