総本家に1時間くらい並んで食べたのを思い出した。博多で食べられるとは、思わなかった。
酒井製麺の特注麺を使っているようで、中太のモチモチ食感は踏襲されていた。
麺の硬さ、味の濃さ、脂の量を選べるのも同じ、海苔とほうれん草と燻製チャーシューも同じだった。
比べたくはないが、吉村家直系の看板下では、どうしても本家や杉田家、厚木家、環2家と比べるが、やはり豚骨と醤油のバランスでより醤油の強い、しょっぱさが美味い。博多で横浜家系を食べられるとは。
