福岡県博多市に吉村家直系内田家さんがあります。
以前からBMしていましたが他のお店を優先してしまいここまで未訪問でした。
平日のお昼に訪問。
11:20に到着すると空席多数あり。
人通りのある通りから一本入るので平日の早い時間歯空いているのかもしれません。
食券制です。

・ のり ¥150
・ ライス ¥150
を購入してカウンター席へ案内頂きます。
食券渡すのと同時に麺硬めあぶら多めでお願いします。
数分で提供頂きます。
先ずはスープを一口。
オールドスタイルのサラッとしたスープで旨味もしっかりと出ています。
少し豚骨のくさみも出て福岡ならではなのかもしれません。
麺は酒井製麺の平打ち麺。直系店の麺とは少し違います。
ライスは硬めの炊き加減。
ライスにはグリーンニンニクと豆板醤を投入。海苔巻きご飯で食べ進めます。
途中でお酢を試しましたがこちらもよく合います。
大変美味しく頂き完食。
