If you come to Kyushu as a family fan, you can't miss Ramen Uchidaya, a restaurant directly affiliated with the Yoshimura family. This is a direct store that first landed in Kyushu in 2020. Since it is near Hakata Station and there is no private parking lot, I had no choice but to use coin parking, but it was cheap. I visited on a Sunday after 7pm. Even at the busiest time, there was no waiting time, and I was able to eat my direct lineage so easily. Is it true that there are many people in Kyushu who don't know their lineage? However, as soon as I entered the store, there was an unusual smell. This smell alone makes me glad I came. [Ramen] As usual, the kohl is firm and dark. The soup is rich with pork bones, kaeshi, and chicken oil. At first, the flavor is strong, but the aftertaste is rich and has a bit of pulp. The flavor of chicken oil was also present until the end. It is definitely one of the top-class restaurants in western Japan. The noodles are of course Sakai Seimen, as they are directly related to each other. It has a good chewy texture. The char siu also had a smoky taste, and the greens were spinach, not komatsuna, so I was relieved. The amount of green onions used as a condiment was slightly large. This is a must-try when you come to Kyushu. Thank you for the meal.
