新規開店 #麺と生きる焼トリ頂サン ｛福岡市博多区｝2021年01月03日(日)麺と生きる焼トリ頂サンへ行って来た。
２０年１２月にオープンした新店。
住吉通りと百年橋通りを結ぶ小柳通り沿いで
近くには、ミスターマックスや美野島商店街がある。
ランチメニューは、淡麗中華そば、替玉、ご飯の３種類。
基本の淡麗中華そば＠６５０円（税込）を注文。
出汁は京都、麺は埼玉ってこだわってるね！
その３に、満腹と書いてるので
聞いてみると、麺は１５０ｇとの事。
やって来た、淡麗中華そば＠６５０円（税込）。
チャーシュー、青ネギ、メンマと言うシンプルさが良いね。
京都から仕入れたスープは、深いコクが有って美味しい。
チー油が効いて、旨味がより一層感じられる。
中細のストレート麺は、ツルツルとした食感で
喉越しが良く、スープによく合っている。
また、１５０ｇの麺は食べがいが有り
これ一杯で、お腹も満足感有り。
最後の一滴まで飲み干した、大満足の一杯だった。
