その間にレモンサワーと酢もつで一杯❗
飲んべえの組合せみたいだね。
鍋がグラグラとなってきた。
キャベツ等の野菜、もつもタップリだ❗
野菜やもつの甘さがスープに染み出して、
どんどん美味しくなってくる。
それを豆腐とちゃんぽんの順に煮込んで熱々を食べ尽くす。
これが最高だよね❗
