美味しい餃子が食べたくて博多駅をウロウロしていたところ発見
評判の名高い餃子の名店ですので、期待も高まります
今回は焼餃子と水餃子を1つずつ注文
焼餃子は具の野菜の甘味と肉の旨味が程よく調和し、カリッといい感じに仕上がってました
大きさも程よく食べやすいサイズ感
水餃子はタネの肉汁が思った以上に多くて美味！
上に乗せられたパクチーとの相性も◎
周りのテーブルを見る限り、その他のメニューも美味しそう
料理の平均的なレベルは高いお店ですね
17時までは焼餃子が半額になったりと、時間帯によってはかなりお手頃にいただけそう
次回はランチで訪問希望です(^^)
