新鮮な素材を活かした本場ベトナム料理専門店。宮廷料理である繊細な中部フエ料理を始め、四季があり叙情的な北部ハノイの料理と幅広い・
店内はリゾート風で開放的。

ランチタイムはセットがあり、ベトナム料理といえば・・フォー!!!!!!!!!

デザートはベトナムぜんざいかマンゴープリン（これが調味料皿くらいな皿）
お料理はまとめて一つの盆で提供。
前菜的な生春巻き、揚げ春巻き、蒸し春巻き。タレもゴマとナンプラー。
フォーに入れる薬味は別皿も細かいサービス。途中からライムで味変も楽しめる。
スープは澄み切ってあっさりさっぱり。
別のお１人様がドリンクビール、大き目グラスにたっぷり・・。ランチでこのサイズとはいいな～。
