博多の晩御飯と言えば「水炊き」ですが、久々の華味鳥にいってまさかの鳥すきを注文。 コースは色々ついてまして、出汁の効いたすき焼きのスープで鳥を食べます。

養鶏場を所有していて、自社で育てたブランド鶏「華味鳥」を味わえるお店。
