さて、味美さん。
福岡入りの夜。友人達との食事は名料理屋の味美さん。噂に違わずしっかりと調理された料理と大将女将を、含めた店内の雰囲気はまさに上級者のお店ですね。
この日の鱧、お碗、お魚のラーメンともにとても美味しかった。
わざわざ駆けつけてくださっただけでなく、美味しいワインをこれでもかと振舞ってくださったT先生にも感謝。ちょっとお世話になりっぱなしで
申し訳なりました。
本当にご紹介感謝です。

さて、味美さん。
この日はSOLAさんでディナーの後に軽くということで寄らせていただきましたが、出されるものを次々と平らげていきました。笑
おいしく食がすすみます。
福岡2次会
T先生にご紹介していただいた割烹味美さん
先輩が行きたいとのことでお連れした。
やはり博多割烹という趣で、とても楽しい。
料理は勿論美味しいが、やはり大将の人柄が
大変良く安心感がある。
この日は豪快に河豚のぶつぎりの炭焼きが面白かった。自家製のヤンニョムが美味い。
相変わらずしめででてくる魚骨のスープが博多らしくしあわせな気持ちにしてくれる。
お昼は福岡市博物館で、金印や日本号は勿論だが素晴らしい青磁や白磁を見ることができる。
我が家に帰って博多で買って帰ったチーズケーキ専門店KAKAのチーズケーキを青磁に盛り付けた。このチーズケーキはいい意味で隙がある。
この隙間に、宮崎の名焼酎日南娘がはまり込み素晴らしい味わいに昇華します。
相変わらずヤキチのパンは素晴らしい。
クリームパンは一押しです。
