晩ご飯は水炊きとなりました
こちらは中洲の有名店でシラク大統領も来店の写真が飾ってあります
友人が準備してくれたのは２時間飲み放題付宴会特別会席【どんたく】コース
一通りの取り料理を楽しめる内容
胡麻豆腐
鳥の生ハム・馬刺し・ごまさば
鶏串（せせり・レバ・ぼんじり）
味付き手羽焼き
から揚げ
水炊き
飲み放題はビールも飲める幅広い種類のお酒が飲める内容です
特筆すべきは最後の〆うどん
鶏の凝縮された旨みのある汁でくつくつとうどんを煮て味をしみこませて
それを溶き玉子と出し醤油にくぐらせる「釜玉風うどん」
これが抜群に美味しくて皆がんがんつついていましたw
焼き物も揚げ物もそつなくオールマイティーにこなす感じで
どれも味にまとまりがありました
水炊きは鶏白湯仕立てでコクがあり野菜も美味しく食べられます
個室もあるし水入らずのデートから宴会まで
いろんなシチュエーションに合わせた利用が出来ると思います
福岡は仙台よりコストパフォーマンスの高いお店が多いと思いますし
食文化がが充実している事を再認識させられました
