中洲の川の見れる個室を予約しました。
水炊きのコースを注文
前菜は
馬刺し・胡麻カンパチが出てきました。
鳥だけではない所が逆に嬉しい
その後
本題の水炊き
先ずは
スープを注いで貰い
ホッとひと息
その後、鳥の身だけが配れます
そこから後は自由にと言うスタイル
〆の雑煮まで頂き
お腹いっぱい！
大満足でした。
