After the afternoon part of the concert (starting at 11am), I arrived at the hotel at 2am, drenched in sweat. When I thought of somewhere to have lunch, the first thing that came to mind was this restaurant, which is also the hotel's breakfast venue. I entered the store after confirming the business hours, which are until 3:00 p.m. There were two customers ahead of us in the semi-basement store. (1 second customer) I ordered "Cold smoked salmon pasta with soy milk and green juice sauce: 1,100 yen." I was asked if I wanted soup or salad, and I asked for salad. And then, just to make the most of it, I ordered 1/2 pint of Guinness beer: 640 yen. How many years has it been since I drank Guinness beer? The fine bubbles never disappeared and I thoroughly enjoyed the rich taste. The cold pasta was served 15 minutes after ordering, but at first glance it was sitting in three balls in a sauce that looked like Genovese sauce. Although I wasn't impressed with the sauce, it went well with the ginger and was delicious. It also had a taste that reminded me a little of somen. Then, I went back to my room and gathered up my energy in preparation for the evening's concert (starting at 6:30).
